The project site was located within a dense urban setting, where maintaining privacy while ensuring openness and natural light was a key challenge. The client also wanted a design that felt modern but not overly minimal or cold.
SOLUTION WE GIVE
We developed a layout that seamlessly integrates open-plan living with subtle zoning. Large openings, vertical elements, and internal transitions were used to maximize natural light while maintaining privacy. Material selection was carefully balanced to create a sense of warmth within a clean, modern framework.
